HelioNest Solar is a fictional brand built as an Arunaksha.com web design portfolio concept. This page is a template showing the kind of privacy policy a real rooftop solar business would need — it is not a real, legally reviewed policy, and it should be replaced with one prepared by a qualified professional before any real-world use.

What this demo site actually does

This site has no connected backend. The contact and calculator forms run entirely in your browser: form inputs are used to show you an indicative estimate or a summary of what you typed, and nothing is transmitted to a server or stored anywhere. The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

What a real deployment would need to cover

In a live version of this website, a genuine privacy policy would need to explain, at minimum:

• What personal data is collected through the assessment form (name, phone number, PIN code, property type, electricity bill range, preferred contact method, and any optional bill or roof photo uploads)
• How that data is used (to schedule and carry out a rooftop assessment and follow-up contact)
• Who it may be shared with (for example, a scheduling or CRM tool, if one is used)
• How long it is retained, and how someone can request it be deleted
• How someone can opt out of further contact
• Contact details for privacy-related questions

Consent

The demo assessment form includes a consent checkbox ("I agree to be contacted regarding this solar assessment") before any submission is accepted, which is the pattern a real deployment should keep.
